NOVEMBER 28, 2018 ADDING HALF POSITION IN JM SMUCKER AT $104.60 (SJM-US) (now have Full Position) JUSTIFICATION: We first bought a half position in Smuckers at $126.73 in April 2017 and just added another half position at $104.60 to give an average cost of $115.67. Despite generating record earnings, the current valuation is as low as in 2009, therefore the stock is historically cheap. As we mentioned in our original alert, we like the defensive (staple) nature of their brands, steady dividend growth and reasonable PE multiple. The Purple Chips 12 – 18 month target is $125.00.
